An Eye into the world around

Life has been cool so far. All it presents in front are challenges which are doors to new oppurtunities. This blog is an attempt to pen down my daily emotions & happenings around me that have an impact. The road of life has been so far with only few hick-ups & a carpet of red roses otherwise. What I wish today is to start a new life. Not for the fact that my past has been haunting but for the fact that from now on I will remeber each & everyday of my life through this window in cyberspace. How incomplete I feel today to have lost so many moments in my past life because of not writing them down. One more important thing, yup!! you guessed it right "FRIENDS". Well there are many moments which I want to cherish with you out there. So will you be my friend & accompany me in this journey of time? Help me improve, please comment on my style & views.

Once again the weekend…

It all began on Friday night when my friends decided to go for a movie. Preetie Edul made the choice of movie & I tell you this girl is half-crazy and for that matter sweet too. The movie we planned to watch was Scary Movie 3, a fun-filled movie based on The Ring & Signs. The movie is a adult movie with lot’s of vulgar jokes being displayed on screen. They were so funny.  For those who love spoofs this is a movie to watch. The way directors have integrated the spoof of The Signs & The Ring is ultimate. The whole comedy revolves around people watching this video tape, & getting a call that they will die within 7 days after watching it. The most comedy part being aliens watching a broadcast of the same video tape & being under the same curse, it was truly hilarious. This is where we all started laughing. The joke on Michael Jackson is also really funny, in and all I loved the movie. This was all about Friday night.
On Saturday I was lazing around like anything. Went to open a PPF account only to find Bank transactions closing by 12 o clock in afternoon. In evening went to my Maasi’s home to give her a new Airtel postpaid card, she was so happy. She finally went mobile on Saturday.  Late night we friends went to see off a senior from Infosys who was going to Hyderabad, we had a small party at the bust stop.  I enjoyed chicken lollypop & pav-bhaji there. After biding him farewell I headed back to my den to have a nice sleep. I missed Gym today & was feeling very uncomfortable for the whole day because of that.
Sunday entered in my life with a bang. We were planning to go for Passion of the Christ at E-Square & started building a group for the same. We started calling on our friends for the movie. Girls are typical yes-no kind, at one moment they are coming within half-hour they are not. Only God helped me out of this confusion. Finally it was decided that we 8 people are going for the movie. A friend from ESS, Banglore Achal & me decided to go for buying the movie tickets.  While driving to E-Square it started drizzling in between. We were completely wet by the time we reached E-Square. Once again our bad-luck continued when we got no tickets for the decided show. Meanwhile it started raining cats & dogs around. We were privileged to have a glimpse of Sanjay Dutt at E-Square. He is really a great personality.
We were waiting for others to reach E-square soon but it started down pouring heavily and we two were stuck at E-Square. Two friend Shailendra & Anoop were stuck in front of SIBM, the other two Meenal & Vivek got stuck at Bhandarkar road while the three Charlie Angel’s (Aarti, Rashmi & Mrunal) were stuck at work. Achal & me were enjoying the rain at E-square. There were hell lot of people there at E-square. Most of them were waiting for their friends to come like we were. Finally the rain gods relaxed & it finally stopped for some time. Within half an hour we all were united. Then we all decided to roam around instead of going to any silly movie. It was drizzling still we decided to go to the nearby Chaturshrungi Mandir. We walked to the place & were lucky enough to attend a aarti going on there. After the aarti we decided to eat something. In fact we had lots of thing to eat. The menu once again was very vast & we enjoyed the party a lot. At the end we had kulfi’s to enjoy, it was fun with all of us together.
On Monday it all started like any normal working day but it soon became a nightmare for many brokers as the market nose-dived a record 786 points & crashed like anything. It seems the Left will be making the blunder once again that they did in 1996. Their statements about economic reforms were a stab to the market & were responsible for the crash. I think short sales might be the other cause. Anyway on Tuesday I am sensing that Bloodbath at dalal street will continue if the future government gives no signs of clear policies. I hope the biggest fall in history of share market is followed by a remarkable recovery in 125 year of it’s history. Let's pray for a better tomorrow & a stable government in future, Amen.
Anyway either Sonia Gandhi or Manmohan Singh be the PM who cares. I don’t find any logic behind Uma Bharti’s so called opposition to Sonia being PM. When BJP accepted her happily as leader of opposition then why can not they accept her as Prime Minister. BJP has been voted out of power & now should sit in opposition rather than showing their frustration by National agitations. The second thing I am upset about is that people of India knew that if congress is back in power it’s Sonia Gandhi who will become PM, still we voted for congress so it means we accept her as PM. This is democracy & we have to abide by public mandate, why do political parties forget this. Third thing is when BJP was in power they could have passed a bill preventing non-indians from occupying critical posts like PM, President, Army Chiefs.  But they did not do it, why is a big question mark?

Three days story…

Well my weekend began on Friday night when your truly had given a birthday party at Silver Court to all my training mates. Actually it was give by Mrunal, Amit & me to our remaining group. Well truly speaking it was a lackluster affair since the service at Silver court was extremely pathetic. It took ages to serve any dish. We had starters, which took around half hour+ to come. The taste was yummy they were mouth-watering. Chicken Tangdi kabab, Malai Seekh kabab, Reshmi Kabab, Paneer Tikka, the list is very long one. The taste is still fresh on my taste bud. It was worth waiting for. We were enjoying our starters in open when suddenly the rain gods interrupted. I think the smell of starters had them also watering. Anyway in middle of our dinner we have to move into the resort from the open gardens. Then it was time for main course, which took nearly decades to arrive.  This too was a big one with around eight dishes on our table. The main course ended soon. When it was time for deserts we were once again frustrated by the time it took too come. If it continues this way then Silver-court is in for trouble I think.
Saturday was weekend so it was holiday worth lazing around. I spend my whole day roaming around & sleeping. At night we decided to go for a movie. Me, Achal, Anoop, Manish & Vivek were watching Main Hoo Na at theater. I had read so many reviews of the movie that I was knowing most part of it. As already said by many bloggers, the chemistry between Sharukh & Sushmita sets the screen on fire. The action scenes are most of the time copied versions from Hollywood counterparts. The comedy from Bindu(Who is a Hindi teacher?), Satish Shah(Who is spitting rains) & Bomi Irani(The forgetful Principal) is something new. Lucky I mean Zayeed is shown being in the same class for last three years & is portrayed as the most famous student of the college. Major Ram(Sharukh) is in the campus to fulfill two missions. One to protect Sanjana(Amrita Rao) & second to fulfill the wish of his late Father. Ms. Chandni(Sushmita) is the new chemistry teacher & the lady love of Major Ram. The songs are picturized beautifully, the song Tumhe Jo mene dekha sets the screen on fire.  The age-old adage of qawali also goes fine. In and all all the song sequences are breathtaking. You can bet on Sharukh to watch this movie once.
Come Sunday & your’s truly was in bed till late morning, had a hair cut. Then once again to bed. Sunday is the only day when I get time to sleep in afternoon. In evening we decided to go to Krishna Cottage, I don’t know at what moment of time we decided to go for it. It was hell lot boring. There are so many screams in the movie that you tend to be a psychopath. Truly speaking it’s a copy of The Ring. In Ring the tool used was CD but here the tool is a book “Kuch Unkahiin Baatein…”. An evil spirit kills those who read the book before our great hero Sohail Khan reads it. The ghost is more beautiful than the live. I won’t write the script of the movie here because it’s not worth writing. After 3 hours of mental torture we were out in open air & really felt very nice to breathe fresh air & feel the calmness around. Ektaa Kapoor, please stop killing people by directing such plots, you already contaminated the silver screen, now what else do you want?(For those who don't know this film is under banner of Balaji Productions Do I need to add more) In the whole movie we were so much bored that we were making comedy of every horror scene displayed. At least people were having a hearty laugh because of our witty comments.
Some good news for people, here rains have started falling quite regularly in last few days so think it’s monsoon time or just few days of releif from the summer heat, how knows people out here are enjoying it fully. One more thing after a long break from Gym, I finally have started going Gym once again from today. Thanks to few people close to me. One is my roommate Anoop who took the efforts to wake me up from my beautiful dreams early morning today. The second person I was inspired from was Her Highness, a lady blogger whom I visit often & would add her very soon to my Bloniverse. Ok friends I think I have bored you enough so time to bid farewell till I put up my next blog. See yaa. One more thing I am very grateful to Richa & Smiling Richa for taking the pains to read my blogs & commenting on them. It’s the inspiration from such people who keep my interest alive for blogging. I really appreciate their patience in bearing me. I hope everyone enjoyed Mother’s day. Salute to the hand that rocks the cradle & rules the world.

The Weekend was amazing!!!

Why Women Cry?

Since 9th May is Mother day I thought of putting some thought provoking stuff about the greatest creation of lord & the most beautiful women in your life… Mother… The two article “Why Women Cry?” and “That’s Mother”  are from internet & not written by me. I just wanted all of you to read them, so posting it here. So here are they.

Why are you crying, a young boy asked his Mom?
"Because I'm a woman," she told him.
"I don't understand," he said.
His Mom just hugged him and said,
"And you never will, but that's O.K.".......
Later the little boy asked his father,
"Why does Mom seem to cry for no reason?".
"All women cry for no reason," was all his Dad could say......
The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry.
Finally he put in a call to God and when God got back to him, he asked "God, why do women cry so easily?"
GOD answered.
"When I made woman, I decided she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet,
I made her arms gentle enough to give comfort... !
I gave her the inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times will come even from her own children.
I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going and take care of her family and friends, even when everyone else gives up, through sickness and fatigue without complaining....
I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances. Even when her child has hurt her badly....
She has the very special power to make a child's boo-boo feel better and to quell a teenager's anxieties and fears....
I gave her strength to care for her husband, despite faults and I fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart....
I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly....
For all of this hard work, I also gave her a tear to shed.
It is hers to use whenever needed and  it is her only weakness.
When you see her cry, tell her how much you love her, and all she does for everyone, and even though
she may still cry, you will have made her heart feel good.

Love ur Mother Always and keep her Smiling
